Programs from our custom LMS (learning management system) can be accessed 24/7 from any desktop or mobile device. Programs are organized into sections and tasks. We use data to optimize the coaching experience and drive engagement and learning.
Through one-on-one coaching sessions conducted over the phone or via video conferencing with their certified professional Coach, clients review the implementation of new engagement frameworks and skills. Most importantly, clients get real, unbiased feedback that will help them work through their professional blind spots.
Clients take all the feedback and apply their learnings into their everyday work life. By applying their new skills daily, consistently, and purposefully, clients build a strong foundation to long-term peak professional performance.
TALENTEDLY COMPANY INSIGHTS
Understanding the impact that coaching has on your organization.
When a client registers on the Talentedly platform they are asked to answer a self-assessment that covers EQ knowledge and skills ranking, answer a set of long-form questions for their Coaches about their strengths, areas of improvement, and overall goals, and take a proprietary 37-question survey that indexes the client across seven work skills: collaboration, savvy, sociability, resolve, contentment, composure, and influence. These data help the client’s Coach to customize the program to their individual strengths and development needs.
At the midpoint of the program, companies receive a status update that includes the progression of each client in the program and suggestions on how to support engagement.
Once a client has completed their program, Talentedly will provide a summary report, outlining specific, trackable key performance indicators, and a three-month skill sustaining plan. After the sustaining period, clients complete another set of self-assessments to ensure they’re continuing to learn and apply these new skills.
